Our mission is to provide advice and information to diaspora men in Bristol
Diaspora Men Association (DMA)
Our DMA project funded by the National Lottery Community fund aims to improve the mental health and wellbeing of 60 African-men and their families in Bristol.
We aim to do this by:

We achieve our aim by carrying out the following activities:
Culturally competent services
We provide culturally comptent counselling services to help men talk about their emotions and find coping strategies to help them deal with stress.
Raising
Awareness
We raise awareness about issues that affect diaspora men in Bristol and work with service providers to improve their service offering
Signposting
services
We increase awareness of local services available within Bristol that can help diaspora men improve their quality of life which can include finances, careers etc...
